Nicholas M. Browner - Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to founding Southern Alpha, Nicholas was employed by Piedmont Healthcare, Inc., a $3 billion healthcare system where he was an integral member helping to lead the Strategic Financial Planning, M&A, Integration, and Strategic Transformation & Resource Stewardship (STARS) teams, while optimizing capital allocation, giving strategic leadership, and delivering systems, performance, and margin improvement across the enterprise.

Previously, he was Founding Partner & Principal Consultant at EaglePointe Strategy Partners, where he helped grow the business to over 12+ private equity and middle-market clients. Earlier in his career, he held careers at the City of Atlanta, FairPoint Communications, and Lowe’s Companies.

Nicholas received a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. 

Nicholas currently lives in Atlanta, GA, where he's heavily involved in the community serving with his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha. However, he is interested in relocating and making a family and community life in the locale of the business he acquire.
